Bottom, Behind, Under, and Inside of the pots
When the beautiful food presentation is done,
I enjoy it at first, but I still can't resist to see the rest.
I can't get rid of my habit of checking the bottom of the pots I was eating with
since I was really young.
Sometimes, where you can't see easily is more interesting
than where anyone can see.
昔からの癖で
食べ物の乗った食器を持ち上げて裏まで見てしまう、ってのがある。
それは今でも変わりなく、
テーブルから離れるべきじゃないお皿なんかでさえ、
食べ終わったらいいだろうとばかりに持ち上げている。
一緒に食べてる人はさぞかし恥ずかしい思いをしているだろう。
食器と聞けば上から見るだけでは収まらない。
こっちからだけじゃなく、あっちからも、上からも、下からも、中のほうまでも、全部見ないと終わらない気がする。
食べ物が食器とハーモニーしてたらもう食べる前から幸せ。
でも一目ではわからないその裏、その向こう、その下、その中、
そんなとこのほうが面白い時がある。
